At the end of each school year, Morton had a dance. I'm not sure that many people actually danced, but it was an opportunity to have friends sign your yearbooks. In the picture above, I was with my one of my first boyfriends, Dave.

At Morton, two class periods of the day were designated your Core Class. Core included English and Social Studies. In seventh grade, we had three Lisas in our class -- me, Lisa W. (above), and Lisa B. Made things a little confusing! Lisa W. went to a different high school, but I stayed friends with Denise when we both attended Northwest.

Susie was one of my best friends in junior high. I think Mickey was her boyfriend when this picture was taken, but can't remember for sure. Isn't he a "little squish"??? :-)
