FISHING

I did a fair amount of camping, fishing, and hunting while growing up.  Unfortunately, I don't have a whole lot of pictures of them.  We even had a big ocean boat, so I grew up ocean fishing, catching crabs, etc.  Some of my fondest memories are at Point Roberts cabin with my Grandma and Grandpa.  They had this little boat that we would take out and go salmon fishing.  It was a blast.  If you have ever had a big salmon hit your line, you know what a workout it can be.  We also ran into Orcas (Killer Whales) from time to time.

That's my sister Launa holding the catch of the day.  Launa never could get enough of fishing.  Gutting the fish was her favorite part :-)
