SCUBA DIVING ANYONE?

While going to UofA in Tucson, Arizona for one year, my friend Josh and I decided it would be fun to learn to scuba dive.  We found a dive shop, took the lessons, and then went on our big trip.  For our trip, we went down to Mexico (I think it was called San Carlos).  We had a blast.  I really enjoyed scuba diving.  Once again, we made all this talk about how we were going to go a bunch more times and I never went.  That was it for my scuba experience.  I believe Josh has been since though.

All geared up and ready to dive

There I am all ready to dive.  We brought underwater disposable cameras so we could take pictures

As I said it was a great trip.  The only bad part I remember were those stinging nettles.  They were like pink strings of jelly that would stick to your skin and irritate.  Josh and I also irritated our dive instructor.  We were only on our first trip, but he was also instructing more advanced people who were practicing deeper dives.  Josh and I went off on our own and went down to 100 ft just to check it out.  We got back and listened to the other guy brag about his big bad "80 ft" dive, so we straightened him out.  Our instructor didn't like that.  We warmed him over though because he was going to show us how to do a 200 ft dive.  It never happened though.
