Brad outside of the Pension Building
The building above, originally the Pension Building, is now called the National Building Museum.
However, it's probably still better known by it's former name. Inside, there are some permanent
architecture exhibits and some changing ones. One of the permanent ones is about the history
and restoration of the building.
The open area in the center of the building is called the "Great Hall."
The columns are made of brick, and are covered with plaster. They are painted to look
like marble columns. Many inaugural balls have been held in the Great Hall.
